Job Description We are looking for a Bookkeeper with experience, must be organized, can work under pressure, can do multi-tasking, Honest and with strong motivation to work. Purpose: To handle the receipt and disbursement of funds, report the daily status of all funds, such as, bank current and savings account balances, deposit. Term of References 1. To check acceptability of all receipts and documents submitted for reimbursement or check issuance. Documents must be prepared in accordance with Verde View Villas Accounting rules and regulations. 2. To create or prepare Check Disbursement Vouchers using QuickBooks. 3. Updates Manual book of accounts: record monthly receipts on cash receipts book, expenses on cash disbursement book and any necessary adjustment on Journal entry book. 4. Prepare monthly remittance schedules and forms for file. Such as for SSS, BIR, Phil health & Pag-ibig. (For BIR schedule: summarize all expenses with corresponding withholding tax for the month.) 5. Remit all gov’t mandated contributions on a monthly basis (e.g. SSS/Phil health/Pag-ibig). 6. Online payment authorization of EGOV (SSS, Phil health, Pag Ibig). 7. Compute for employees’ semi-monthly payroll and other incentives as require.
