Reports to: VP of Operations
Supervises: Assitants/ Associate under the said department

I. JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Admin Manager will act as the VP of Operation’s assistant and shall be responsible for
the supervision and monitoring of activities of all the staff under the Sales Admin, Sales &
Marketing Departments.

II. SPECIFIC FUNCTION
SALES ADMIN
? Act as team leader of the department – responsible for the effective and timely execution of
all the duties under the department.
? Oversee all the documentation, quality checking, file setting up and requirements completion
for all clients.
? Safeguard all client documents that are in the custody of the Sales Admin Department.
? Establish strong relationships to clients
? Handle complaints, provide readily available solutions or escalate to the management for
guidance; follow up to ensure resolution.
? Serve as point of contact for coordination with the Sales & Marketing Department.
? Ensure that certain quality standards and requirements set for the department are perfectly
achieved to avoid risks.
? Check the default responses to be replied to clients for their concerns.
? Act as immediate consultant of all the departments for handling and responding to client
inquiries and concerns
? Check and ensure that all customer interactions are properly recorded for future reference.
? Represent the department on all coordination and management meetings.

III. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND BEHAVIOR

Knowledge ? Knowledge in customer service management, real estate business

and documentation.
