|Job Qualifications||- Fluency in English communication must be excellent
- Computer and internet savvy
- Average typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
- 18 years old and above
- Willing to work on shifting schedules including night shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Must be upbeat, energetic, reliable and goal oriented person.
- Call center experience is a plus not required
- Applicants with BPO experience must have a clear record with the previous company.
- Must be emphatic and can easily identify problems when handling customer's concerns.
